Texas Agriculture Code - AGRIC § 161.133. Violation by Corporation

If a corporation, including a railroad company or a common carrier, violates a provision of this chapter other than Section 161.048, Subchapter F, or Subchapter G,  1 the county attorney of the county in which the offense occurs shall file and prosecute a civil suit against the corporation on behalf of the state.
