Texas Agriculture Code - AGRIC § 141.103. Identification of Sample

(1) the serial number of the sample;

(2) the date on which the sample was taken;  and

(3) the signature of the person who took the sample.

(1) the name or brand of the commercial feed or material sampled;

(2) the serial number of the sample;

(3) the manufacturer or guarantor of the lot sampled, if known;

(4) the name of the person in possession of the lot sampled;

(5) the date and place of taking the sample;  and

(6) the name of the person who took the sample.
