Texas Agriculture Code - AGRIC § 134.022. Aquaculture Facility Protected

(a) A person, other than the owner or operator of an aquaculture facility, may not fish on an aquaculture facility without the consent of the owner or operator.

(b) A person may not unlawfully, as defined by Section 31.03(b), Penal Code, acquire or otherwise exercise control over cultured species with intent to deprive the owner of the cultured species.
