Tennessee Code Title 66. Property § 66-19-202

(1) By whom and for what boat the debt was contracted;

(2) The items composing the debt;

(3) That it is justly due and unpaid; and

(4) That demand has been made of one (1) of the defendants, or of the captain or agent of the defendants, being at the time in the county.
