Tennessee Code Title 65. Public Utilities and Carriers § 65-4-408

It shall be a defense in any action or proceeding brought under this part that the defendant has established and implemented, with due care, reasonable practices and procedures to effectively prevent telephone or text message solicitations in violation of this part.
