Tennessee Code Title 61. Partnerships § 61-3-1104

(a) By complying with §§ 61-3-1105 -- 61-3-1109:

(b) By complying with §§ 61-3-1104 -- 61-3-1109 applicable to foreign entities, a foreign entity may be a party to a merger under §§ 61-3-1105 -- 61-3-1109 or may be the surviving entity in the merger if the merger is authorized by the law of the foreign entity's jurisdiction of formation.
