Tennessee Code Title 57. Intoxicating Liquors § 57-7-113

(a) It is unlawful for a person or entity:

(1) To ship an HDCP directly to a consumer in this state; or

(2) To utilize a delivery service to deliver an HDCP to a consumer.

(b) A person or entity that violates subsection (a) is subject to a civil penalty levied by the commission of:

(1) One thousand dollars ($1,000) for a first offense;

(2) Five thousand dollars ($5,000) for a second offense; and

(3) Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for a third or subsequent offense.

(c) This section does not prohibit a person with a license issued under this chapter from shipping an HDCP outside of this state if such shipping of HDCPs is lawful in the jurisdiction in which the shipment is received.
