Tennessee Code Title 56. Insurance § 56-7-3709

<Text of section effective Jan. 1, 2025.>

Except as provided in § 56-7-3706, a prior authorization for an enrollee for a healthcare service is valid for at least six (6) months from the date the prior authorization is approved.
