Beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2028, the department shall issue a data call every six (6) months to each insurer authorized to write automobile liability insurance business in this state requesting aggregated data on automobile liability policies that were issued and subsequently cancelled within sixty (60) days of issuance either at the policyholder's request or due to failure to remit premium.
