On or before December 31, 2023, the executive director of the Tennessee higher education commission shall submit a report to the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives that identifies issues of food insecurity among students at public institutions of higher education in this state and identifies and describes the efforts of the institutions to address issues of food insecurity among students. The report may be submitted by electronic means.
