Tennessee Code Title 40. Criminal Procedure § 40-28-114

(1) The facts as they developed at the trial;

(2) The nature of the prisoner's conviction;

(3) The court in which the prisoner was sentenced;

(4) The name of the trial judge; and

(5) Copies of other probation reports as may have been made in order for the board to have the benefit of the reports when the prisoner becomes eligible for parole consideration or applies for executive clemency.
