Rhode Island General Laws Title 6A. Uniform Commercial Code § 6A-9-809. Priority

The amendatory act determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before the amendatory act took effect, then this chapter, as it existed before the amendatory act took effect determines priority.
