(a) The commerce corporation shall submit a report annually detailing: (1) The total amount of grants awarded; (2) The number of grants awarded; (3) The amount of each grant and the private funds matching such grants; (4) The recipients of the grants; (5) The specific activities undertaken by recipients of grants; and (6) Such other information as the commerce corporation deems necessary.
(b) The report required under subsection (a) of this section is due no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year, and shall be provided to the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate.
