Rhode Island General Laws Title 42. State Affairs and Government § 42-64.15-8. Rules and regulations

(a) The Rhode Island commerce corporation may promulgate rules and regulations to fulfill the purposes of this chapter in accordance with chapter 35 of this title, “The Administrative Procedures Act.”

(b) The collaborative and advisory council shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 2 of title 38, “The Access to Public Records Act,” and chapter 46 of this title, “The Open Meetings Act.”
