Meeting and reporting requirements are as follows:
(1) The council shall meet at least quarterly upon the call of the chair to fulfill its duties and responsibilities. The frequency of meetings may be adjusted based on the needs of the council;
(2) The council shall report annually to the governor and the general assembly, no later than March of each year, on the progress made in achieving the goals and objectives set forth in the strategic plan; on the current number of homeless individuals, families, and children; and any other pertinent information; and
(3) The council shall conform to the provisions of chapter 46 of this title.
