The term of service of the legislative members shall extend from the date of their appointment until the expiration of the legislative term during which they were appointed to the audio/video committee. The terms of service of the other appointees by the speaker of the house and the president of the senate shall be three (3) years from the date of appointment. All members shall serve until their successors on the committee are appointed and qualified. All appointed members shall be eligible for reappointment.
