(a) It shall be the duty of the director of business regulation, or his or her designee, to certify at ringside the results of each event in a match or exhibition licensed under § 41-5-1, and to send an official report of the results to every state boxing authority in the New England states and to the World Boxing Association, World Boxing Council, United States Boxing Association, and Ring magazine.
(b) The director of business regulation, or his or her designee, shall submit to the division forthwith after a match or exhibition licensed under § 41-5-1 a written evaluation of the conduct of the match or exhibition, including an appraisal of the licensee's performance and of the conduct and condition of the performers and recommendations for the better conduct of matches or exhibitions in the future.
(c) All reports of results or written evaluations made by the director shall be public records.
