Rhode Island General Laws Title 31. Motor and Other Vehicles § 31-6-3. Gross weight of tractors to be used with semi-trailers

In computing the fees for the registration of every tractor to be used in combination with a semi-trailer, the gross weight shall include the weight of the tractor, the weight of the semitrailer to be used with it, and the weight of the maximum load to be carried.
