(1) Manufacturing and trade;

(2) Transportation, public utilities, and construction;

(3) Service industry;

(4) Hospitals licensed under the provisions of the health care facility licensing act of Rhode Island that are subject to the provisions of chapters 29 -- 38 of this title, and non-business corporations not including educational institutions to which the provisions of chapter 6 of title 7 apply that are subject to the provisions of chapters 29 -- 38 of this title and that are operated for the benefit of and in connection with any one or more of the hospitals;
