Rhode Island General Laws Title 28. Labor and Labor Relations § 28-41-38. Confidential health information

Information pursuant to any individual's temporary disability claim or temporary caregiver insurance claim shall be held confidential in accordance with chapters 39 -- 41 of this title, § 28-39-19, 5-37.3, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
