(a) Annually, after June 30 of each year, the division's state licensed chief administrator will compile a detailed statement of all income and expenses of the division. Any proceeds from the licensing fees and any other income guaranteed pursuant to this section shall be deposited as general revenues.
(b) Members of the board shall not be compensated for their service on the board.
