Rhode Island General Laws Title 28. Labor and Labor Relations § 28-27-23. Administration of oaths

The director and his or her designees shall have the power to administer oaths to witnesses at a hearing which the department has authorized by law to conduct and any other oaths authorized or administered by the department.
