All proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the provisions of chapter 6 of title 5 entitled “Electricians”, chapter 26 of this title entitled “Hoisting Engineers”, chapter 27 of this title entitled “Mechanical Trades”, chapter 45 of this title entitled “Apprenticeship Programs in Trade and Industry”, chapter 12 of title 37 entitled “Contractors' bonds”, and chapter 13 of title 37 entitled “Labor and Payment of Debts by Contractors”, shall be deposited as general revenues.
