This chapter shall apply to every employer now or subsequently doing business in this state and all applicants for industrial registration as provided in chapter 19 of this title. Each employer or applicant shall furnish the director his, her, or its name; the character of his, her, or its business; the number of employees; the nature of the business; and the address at which it is conducted, and shall report any changes to the director.
