Rhode Island General Laws Title 23. Health and Safety § 23-25-25. Publication of information

The director may publish, at least annually, and in any form that he or she may deem proper, results of analyses based on official samples as compared with the analyses guaranteed by the manufacturers and information concerning the distribution of pesticides;  provided, that individual distribution information shall not be a public record.  The director, in cooperation with the land grant universities or other educational institutions, may publish information and conduct short courses of instruction in the areas of knowledge required in this chapter.
