School administrators and school support personnel shall have the discretion to modify an emergency drill or training for students they determine is appropriate. School administrator and school support personnel may include and consult with a student's individualized education program team or federal § 504 plan team in making these modifications. Administrators and school support personnel shall not be personally liable for any decision to provide modifications for a student to an emergency drill under this section.
