Pennsylvania Statutes Title 8 Pa.C.S.A. Boroughs and Incorporated Towns § 2455. Issue of bonds

The borough may, upon the request of the commissioners of the water system, issue general obligation or nondebt revenue bonds for the extension of the water system or the erection of a new water system. The bonds shall be designated “water system bonds” and shall be issued and sold in the manner provided by 53 Pa.C.S. Pt. VII Subpt. B (relating to indebtedness and borrowing). 1
