Pennsylvania Statutes Title 77 P.S. Workers' Compensation § 713. Limitation of preceding section

No case brought, before the passage of this amendment, before any court shall be certified as set forth in section one of this act  1 unless the said proceeding had been commenced in the said court within one year from the date of the accident which caused the injury or death for which the action was brought.
