Pennsylvania Statutes Title 77 P.S. Workers' Compensation § 2706. Other remedies

Nothing contained in this article shall serve to abrogate the provisions of section 305(d)  1 allowing the claimant or dependents to bring a direct suit for damages at law as provided by Article II. The fund shall be entitled to assert rights to subrogation under section 319  2 for recovery made from the employer or any other third party.
