Any agreement between employer and employe for the operation or nonoperation of the provisions of article three of this act 1 may be terminated by the posting of notice by the employer or by either party upon thirty days' notice to the other in writing, if a copy of such notice, with proof of posting or proof of service, be filed in the department as provided in section three hundred and two of this article. 2
