Pennsylvania Statutes Title 77 P.S. Workers' Compensation § 1036.7. Applications for membership

After the final permit approval date of the fund, prospective new members of the fund shall submit an application for membership to the fund's plan committee or administrator in a form approved by the department. This application shall include an agreement of joint and several liability as required in section 803.  1 The administrator or plan committee may approve the application for membership pursuant to the bylaws of the fund. The application approved by the fund shall be filed with the department. The fund shall retain the authority to reject any applicant.
