(a) If at any time the fund is found to be insolvent, fails to pay any required assessments under this act or the Occupational Disease Act or fails to comply with any provision of this act or the Occupational Disease Act or with any rules promulgated thereunder, the department may revoke its permit after notice and opportunity for a hearing.
(b) In the case of revocation of a permit, the department may require the fund to insure or reinsure all incurred liability with an authorized insurer. All fund members shall immediately obtain coverage required by this act.
