Pennsylvania Statutes Title 77 P.S. Workers' Compensation § 1036.3. Review of applications

(a)(1) The department shall, in accordance with section 802,  1 review, approve or disapprove fund applications under such rules and requirements relating to applications under section 305  2 and the Occupational Disease Act  3 as may be applicable and such rules and regulations as are specifically adopted with regard to fund applications.

(2) During the pendency of the processing of any fund application, the group of employers shall not operate as a fund.
