Pennsylvania Statutes Title 77 P.S. Workers' Compensation § 1036.16. Annual assessment of funds

Each fund shall be assessed annually by the department in a like manner and amount as other insurers or self-insurers are now or hereafter assessed under this act and the Occupational Disease Act  1 and shall pay such assessment in accordance with this act and the Occupational Disease Act. All contributions received in accordance with this section shall be deposited into the appropriate fund as required by the applicable provision of law.
