Pennsylvania Statutes Title 77 P.S. Workers' Compensation § 1036.12. Classifications for participants

Each fund shall request classifications for its participants from the bureau or bureaus approved by the commissioner and shall utilize those classifications making assessments based upon rates as utilized by the State Workmen's Insurance Fund for such classification except as provided in section 811.  1 The fund shall pay the appropriate bureau a reasonable charge, approved by the commissioner, for this service. The fund may appeal classifications as provided in the applicable sections of the Insurance Company Law of 1921 for other employers.
