The Secretary of Property and Supplies, 1 with the approval of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized to convey to the United States of America title to the following described lands: All that certain plot of ground situate in the Township of Fairview, and County of York, beginning at a point at the intersection of the lands owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the lands owned by W. J. Stonesifer; thence north 57°27 minutes west for a distance of 911.47 feet along the lands of W. J. Stonesifer; thence along the lands of the Newton Ryder tract following four courses, north 40°09 1/2 minutes east a distance of 115.95 feet, north 58° 55 1/2 minutes west a distance of 674.90 feet; thence north 40°05 1/2 minutes east a distance of 219.42 feet; thence north 54° 19 minutes west a distance of 809.25 feet to the lands owned by the United States Government; thence along the lands of the United States Government north 35°22 minutes east a distance of 910.90 feet to a point in the Marsh Run Road; thence along the said Marsh Run Road and along the lands owned by the United States Government, the following nine courses: south 55°06 minutes east a distance of 291.48 feet; thence south 53°59 minutes east a distance of 624.47 feet; thence south 58°27 minutes east a distance of 925.00 feet; thence south 55°54 1/2 minutes east a distance of 173.30 feet; thence south 40°20 1/2 minutes east a distance of 143.34 feet; thence south 15°56 1/2 minutes east a distance of 403.83 feet; thence south 23°57 minutes east a distance of 700.00 feet; thence south 40°11 1/2 minutes east a distance of 260.00 feet; thence south 46°28 1/2 minutes east a distance of 150.00 feet to a point in Marsh Run Road; thence along the lands of the United States Government, south 41°31 1/2 minutes west a distance of 280.00 feet to a point at the intersection of the lands of the United States Government and the lands of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; thence along the lands of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, north 65°53 minutes 08 seconds west a distance of 1078.88 feet, to the point of beginning, comprising a tract of 72.96 acres neat measure, this conveyance being made pursuant to an agreement between the Secretary of War of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, dated May twenty-ninth, one thousand nine hundred thirty-six.
