The Secretary of Property and Supplies, 1 with the approval of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized to convey as a donation to the United States of America title to the land and buildings on the Delaware River below Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which comprise the Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, Quarantine Station property and which is now leased to the United States by the Department of Property and Supplies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at a rental of one dollar ($1.00) per annum.
The description of the property to be conveyed and jurisdiction ceded to the United States of America shall be such as the proper officials of the Commonwealth and the United States Government may agree upon.
