Pennsylvania Statutes Title 74 Pa.C.S.A. Transportation § 8205. Applicability of other statutes

(a) General rule.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following acts shall apply to the commission under this chapter:

(1) The act of June 21, 1957 (P.L. 390, No. 212),  1 referred to as the Right-to-Know Law.

(2) The act of July 19, 1957 (P.L. 1017, No. 451),  2 known as the State Adverse Interest Act.

(3) The provisions of 65 Pa.C.S. Chs. 7 (relating to open meetings) and 11 (relating to ethics standards and financial disclosure).

(b) Status of commission.--The commission shall be considered an “agency” for the purposes of the following:

(1) The act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 769, No. 240),  3 referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law.

(2) The act of June 25, 1982 (P.L. 633, No. 181),  4 known as the Regulatory Review Act.
