All right, title and interest in certain property located in Lower Swatara Township and the Borough of Middletown, Dauphin County, formerly known as Olmsted Air Force Base, presently known as Harrisburg International Airport and more fully described in the act of April 25, 1929 (P.L. 755, No. 319), entitled “An act to cede jurisdiction to the United States over the tracts of lands and buildings occupied by the Army Air Depot and Flying Field located in and adjacent to the Borough of Middletown, Dauphin County,” 1 which has been acquired by the Commonwealth from the Federal Government shall vest in the Commonwealth and shall be under the administration and control of the department for the uses and purposes set forth in this section.
