Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 860.301. Establishment

The Max Manufacturing Initiative Fund is established within the State Treasury. The fund shall be used by the department to issue grants to applicants engaging in or facilitating advanced manufacturing, including equipment, integrated systems and facilities acquisition, renovation and retrofitting. The department shall be responsible for oversight, management and operation of the fund.
