Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 603. Penalty

Any person who wilfully violates any provision of this act, shall, upon summary conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100), or in default of the payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment not exceeding thirty days.
