Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 410.8. Existing tourism promotion agencies

It shall not be necessary for a tourism promotion agency that exists on the effective date of this section to be redesignated by ordinance or resolution in order to be recognized by the department under section 3. 1
