(a) The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
Act of July 2, 1984 (P.L. 545, No. 109), 1 known as the Capital Loan Fund Act.
Act of July 2, 1984 (P.L. 568, No. 113), 2 known as the Employee-Ownership Assistance Program Act.
Chapter 1 of the act of July 1, 1985 (P.L. 120, No. 32), 3 known as the Sunny Day Fund Act.
Section 709 of the act of July 6, 1989 (P.L. 169, No. 32), 4 known as the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act.
(b) The following acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act:
The second sentence of section 5.2(a) and section 13.1 of the act of May 17, 1956 (1955 P.L. 1609, No. 537), 5 known as the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act.
Section 10 of the act of December 20, 1985 (P.L. 492, No. 116), 6 known as the Customized Job Training Act.
Section 702(h) of the act of May 19, 1995 (P.L. 4, No. 2), 7 known as the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
Chapter 7 of the act of June 27, 1996 (P.L. 403, No. 58), 8 known as the Community and Economic Development Enhancement Act.
