Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 400.5106. Public record exemption

Financial statements, business plans and marketing information submitted to the department by companies seeking or receiving financial assistance under any of the department's financing programs are not public records for purposes of the act of June 21, 1957 (P.L. 390, No. 212),  1 referred to as the Right-to-Know Law.
