Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 395.11. Appropriations

(1) The sum of $5,000,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985, for loans and guarantees to local sponsors pursuant to section 4.  1

(2) The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1984, for the Seed Capital Challenge Grant Program. These funds shall not lapse until June 30, 1987.
