This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) Section 307 1 shall take effect 30 days following the publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of a notice by the Secretary of the Commonwealth that the provisions of section 307 no longer conflict with the requirements and procedures of the act of August 21, 1953 (P.L. 1323, No. 373), 2 known as The Notary Public Law, or its successor with regard to electronic notarization, acknowledgment and verification. 3
(2) This section shall take effect immediately.
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 30 days.
