Any contract for the subscription of any magazine solicited by use of door-to-door salesmen by any individual, partnership, corporation, association or other group without first obtaining a license as provided in this act, or while any such individual, partnership, corporation, association or other group was in violation of any provisions of this act, shall be unenforceable within this Commonwealth as a matter of public policy.
