Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 Pa.C.S.A. Townships § 7316. Report of shade tree commission

(a) Requirement.--The shade tree commission shall annually report to the board of commissioners the shade tree commission's transactions and expenses for the preceding fiscal year of the township.

(b) Incorporation.--The park commission may incorporate the transactions and expenses in the park commission’s regular report to the board of commissioners.
