(a) General rule.--The width of a street in a township shall not be less than 24 feet nor more than 120 feet. The minimum required width shall be in addition to the width required for necessary slopes in cuts or fills.
(b) Width of alleys.--The width of an alley shall be subject to the discretion of the board of commissioners.
