Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 Pa.C.S.A. Townships § 4105. Service of process and fees

A police officer may serve and execute criminal process issued for the violation of a township ordinance and shall charge the same fees and costs as pertain by law to a constable of the township for similar services, but the fees and costs shall be paid to the township treasurer for the use of the township.
